My Morning Oatmeal

The mornings are special. No matter what time you wake up in the morning it means it is a new day. A new day means new possibilities, a new start, a new chance.


When I wake up there is always something that is a part of my routine that I can look forward to. I get up out of bed and I know a delicious bowl of oatmeal is going to be made to kickstart my day.


This is an easy, healthy, energizing breakfast that always has me feeling ready to start the day no matter what I am doing. Wether I am going out for a workout, working from home or heading out to work, my morning oatmeal mixes have me feeling wonderful. Having this routine gets me up out of bed, releases anxiety of needing to cook or prepare something major, as well as ensure's I start my day with a healthy meal.


My basic recipe:

- Plain oatmeal

- Any kind of nuts or nut mix

( I Always try and include 5 walnuts for my daily Omega 3s)

- Spoonful of peanut butter

- Ground Cinnamon

Add hot water!


Mix it up for however you feel!
